Gitlab PMP Groups

There are 4 groups created by PMP:

1. pmp-user-group: group to propagate the user rights to the other groups.
2. pmp-apps: Custom standalone applications developed by PMP team.
3. pmp-tools: Custom tools (packages, modules) used by other projects.
4. pmp-missions: Scripts used for missions.
